This school was built for them, for the child who needs more confidence, for the one who thrives with structure, for the one who's still figuring out where they belong.

We’re Josh & Jessy Zarate, a husband-and-wife team, and we opened Aggieland ATA to create the kind of school we needed as kids: a place where every child feels seen, encouraged, challenged, and celebrated.

We use Songahm Taekwondo as a tool, but what we’re really teaching is:

Our faith is at the center of our family, and it shapes the way we lead this school: with love, patience, and a calling to serve.

We’re not a chain or a franchise. We know every name. Every face. Every kid is our kid when they’re on that mat.
